何坚[1](2000)在《多孔菌科粉肉层孔菌、桦褐孔菌和云杉针层孔菌叁种真菌的化学成分研究》一文中研究指出多孔菌科层孔菌、卧孔菌和木层孔菌属的多种菌类在民间作为药用,功效为温肺祛痰、降气平喘、利尿消肿、解蛇毒以及治疗肿瘤等。药理实验表明桦褐孔菌、粉肉层孔菌具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。为阐明其有效成分,进行了多孔菌科这叁个属的叁种真菌的比较系统的化学研究和初步药理筛选。 从粉肉层孔菌(Fomes cajanderi Karst)的菌丝体中通过对其溶剂提取物和制备衍生物进行系统分离和鉴定,共得到24个化合物。分别是:ergosterol (1),fomecajanderic acid A(3-oxy-26-eburicoic acid) (2), fomecajanderic acid B(3-oxy-16α-acetoxypachymic acid) (3),ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (4),ergosterol peroxide (5),fomecajandericacid C(3α-acetoxy-23-oxy-24-methyl-lanosta-8-en-26-oic acid) (6),methyl fomecajanderate A(methyl 3-oxy-26-eburicate) (7),methyl fomecajanderate B(methyl 3α -acetoxy-23-oxy-24-methyl-lanosta-8-en-26-ate) (8), methyl fomecajanderate C(methyl 3α-acetoxy-23-oxy-26-eburicate) (9),fomlactone A (10),fomlactone D (11),ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol (12),fomlactone B (13),fomlatone E(14),fomlactone F (15),dimethyl carboxyacetylquercinate A(16),methyl fomecajanderate D(methyl 3,23-dioxy-31-chloromethyllanosta-8-en-26-ate(17), dimethyl carboxyacetylquercinate B(18),methyl fomecajanderate E [methyl 23-oxy-3α-(2-carboxymethyl-acetoxy)-31-methoxy-lanosta-8-en-26-ate] (19),fomlactone C (20),methyl fomecajanderate F(methyl 23-oxy-3α,24-dihydroxy-31-chloromethyl-lanosta-8-en-26-ate) (21),methyl fomeca janderat G(methyl-3β-acetoxy-26-eburicate) (22), fomlactone G (23)和mannitol (24)。化合物17、19和21为酯化时产生的次生衍生物,除化合物1、4、5、8、12、16、18和24为该菌中首次发现外,其余均为新化合物。(本文来源于《中国协和医科大学》期刊2000-05-01)
