等离子喷涂-物理气相沉积(PS-PVD)制热障涂层(TBCs)抗燃气热腐蚀性能研究

论文摘要

文章分析了等离子喷涂-物理气相沉积(PS-PVD)TBCs的抗燃气热腐蚀性能。结果表明:高温合金(Mar 247)直接暴露在燃气热腐蚀环境下腐蚀最严重,平均失重速率达2.035 9 g/m2·h;涂覆MCrAlY涂层后, MCrAlY涂层腐蚀平均失重速率为0.157 8 g/m2·h,基材未被腐蚀得到保护;涂覆TBCs(MCrAlY+8YSZ)后, MCrAlY/YSZ涂层未出现腐蚀剥落现象,抗燃气热腐蚀效果最好。
