<正>The 100 MeV Proton Cyclotron of China Institute of Atomic Energy is the only one that can be used in biological effects of space proton radiation in China.There has done a lot of research for biological effects of proton radiation on S3 beam line of the cyclotron.The accuracy measurement of proton dose is very important in dose-effect research.The SEEM detector and Faraday cup were usually used to diagnose theproton fluence and fluence rate,and then convert to biologically equivalent dose.However,this method ignores the effect of surrounding scattered particles,which brings trouble to the analysis of biological effect.In present study,EBT3film was used to establish a method of proton dose measurement evaluation.
