针对精对苯二甲酸(PTA)水含量常用的测定方法——Karl-Fischer(KF)容量法存在的不足,进行了分析方法的优化,包括调整了溶剂组成、建立了自动空白校正模式、使用无吡啶的KF试剂及使用更少的试样量等。实验结果表明,以V(甲醇)∶V(吡啶)=1∶2的混合溶剂代替纯吡啶溶解PTA试样,可使滴定终点的判断更为灵敏;与传统的手动空白校正模式相比,采用自动空白校正模式,分析时间明显缩短,方法更为便捷;加标回收率为98.0%~106.1%,相对标准偏差不大于6%(n=20)。
