论文摘要
选用单一Vickers压头对被测材料实施压痕具有特殊位置关系的三次仪器化压入实验,根据第三次载荷-位移曲线和初次载荷-位移曲线提出一个独立的仪器化压入响应参数-第三次和初次仪器化压入比功之比[(We/Wt)3/(We/Wt)1]。基于量纲分析和有限元仿真,建立初次仪器化压入比功(We/Wt)1、第三次和初次仪器化压入比功之比[(We/Wt)3/(We/Wt)1]、初次仪器化压入名义硬度H0与材料弹塑性参数之间的无量纲函数关系,并以此为基础建立了金属材料弹塑性参数仪器化聚集式Vickers压入识别方法。该方法仅利用单一Vickers压头便可识别被测材料的应变硬化指数n、弹性模量E、条件屈服强度σ0.2和强度极限σb,并且通过实验验证了此方法的有效性。
