论文摘要
结合实际经验及理论研究,针对滚动导轨抗震性差及使用不稳定等缺点,运用有限元软件ANSYS对影响导轨精度因素的主轴导轨系统进行了模态分析和计算,对相应零部件曲面进行优化设计,采用适当增加导轨表面硬度的方法提高导轨精度和使用寿命,并对导轨系统进行静力学仿真以确定自身静刚度,通过实验证实此导轨的高刚度性能。提出了设计时注重选材和受力分析计算,使用时也要注意防尘防护、润滑及适当预紧。
