<正>Protein liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) is a main driving force for the formation of membrane-less organelles that once formed,are maintained in the liquid-like state until dissembled.Several canonical chaperones were identified in different membrane-less organelles which are believed to be involved in regulation of the assembly and dynamics of the metastable membrane-less organelles.In the first part,I will introduce our recent works in studying how two different chaperones identified in stress granule regulate FUS liquid-liquid
