<正>Adeno-associated viruses （AAVs） belong to the Dependovirus genus within Parvoviridae family. Up-to-date, twelve major AAV serotypes have been identified. The broad differences in tissue tropism and transduction efficiency, and the absence of discernable pathology, have made AAVs leading vectors for gene therapy applications.
